Designed to dispense low to medium viscosity fluids fed from syringes, cartridges or pressure pot, the AD725Z provides controlled deposits of UV cure, alcohol, oils, solvents, grease and paints.
AD725Z valves are approximately 120mm long and 30mm wide. They weigh approx. 200g. The operating air pressure required is 70 psi up to 100 psi. The minimum shot size for the valve is approximately 0.01ml and these valves will cycle up to speeds of 600 deposits per minute. The main body is constructed in type 304 stainless steel.
The viscosity range of fluid is recommended at between 1 to 100,000 cps. The maximum fluid pressure is 500psi. The repeatability is +/- 0.3%. Recommended digital timed controllers for these valves are the TS250, TS350 and TS500R.
All valves are shipped with a luer lock fluid elbow fitting, airline hose with male quick connect, tip cap seal, selection of dispensing tips and user guide. Valves are supplied with a 1 Year warranty. Do not use this valve for adhesives that bond to metals such as Cyanoacrylates.
