Precision moulded 6" long nozzle x 1/16 Inch (1.59mm) orifice. 1/4" NPT thread to fit all cartridges and TS941 spool valves. Nozzle can be cut down if required for larger outlet. If using with pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread, use part number TSD931-296 adapter fitting. This will provide a leak free connection to the range of nozzles.
This version is supplied with a rounded bend curved shape. It is bent half way down the nozzle to an angle of 90 degree. Useful for applications requiring materials to be dispensed at an angle or when applying to difficult to reach areas. These items ship from stock. Medium density polyethylene material. Supplied in sealed packs of 10.

Nozzles are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All nozzles are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Nozzles are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use. All nozzles are certified silicone-free to prevent contamination of any liquids dispensed from them.
