Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
The dual system is available in a range of cartridge sizes and mix ratios. They take a variety of mixer nozzles. Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard guns.
Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 and include tip cap seal and threaded collar as well as 100 of the correct sized pistons.

Dual Cartridges are designed to work with most two part epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, potting compounds, doming resins and other materials.
This 2:1 cartridge set can be used with the following dispensing guns. For a manual gun, use part code BG200-1. For a pneumatic gun, use part DP2X-200-01-20-01 or CG200-1. Dual cartridges and mixer nozzles are shipped by tracked courier.
