The mixing nozzle has a bell inlet which fit Nordson EFD Valve manifolds and larger volume bell-mouth type cartridges that separately port the A and B materials directly into the mixer. Cleanup simply involves removing the mixer and wiping the manifold face clean.
In the case of the cartridges, because of the divider fin, simply remove the mixer and replace with new. Secure these type of mixer using the locking nut found on dual component 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and other cartridges.
A metal sleeve is recommended if the working pressure inside the nozzle exceeds 150 psi (10 bar) (only when used with metering mixing valves or manifolds).
Use these nozzles with all ratio dual cartridges and machine mixers. This nozzle is a bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer. Luer lock outlet that can be used with luer lock precision dispensing tips.
