Precision crimped Teflon-Lined dispense tip ideally suited to clog-free dispensing of Cyanoacrylate adhesives and other low to medium viscosity fluids. A standard stainless shaft length of 1". Colour coded double helix locking hub. The Teflon Lined Tip is suited to the controlled application of Cyanoacrylates, Solvents, Activators, Primers and other liquids.
The crimped Teflon inner tube prevents reactive Cyanoacrylates from clogging during application. The Teflon tube extends 1/8" from the stainless steel tube to prevent damage to sensitive substrates. Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 with bulk available on request. This tip features a double helix luer locking red hub for easy identification. The tips are silicone free and chloride free to prevent contamination of any liquid dispensed. Tips are colour coded for gauge size.
The tip features a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce any restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids.

Teflon lined crimped tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and especially useful for dispensing reactive fluids including Cyanoacrylates.
All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them. Tips are shipped by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
