This flat top low density 20oz (591ml) wiper plunger is recommended for use with air powered devices, such as a cartridge gun, to prevent leakage past the double wiping edges. In natural (LDPE) to support general materials and easy insertion into cartridges. High interference for a close fit inside cartridge. Low density softer version.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance. Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure.

Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
