Rubber 3cc/ 3ml size syringe pistons for manual syringe assemblies and air powered dispensers. Pistons attach to the plastic plunger rod for hand application. Rubber suitable with most adhesives and fluids. Dual wiper blades for use with 400 series syringe barrels.
Supplied in a sealed pack of 50 pistons. Also available as a complete manual assembly including plunger rod and syringe barrel.
These pistons are silicone-free parts. Standard pistons are supplied without lubrication. Choose lubricated version for lightly coated pistons with a medical grade silicone lubricant for easier piston insertion into the syringe barrel. If using a sensitive and specialist performance adhesive, choose non-lubricated.

If used with an air powered dispenser, air adapter part 900-350-3 is required along with syringe 403L-1. If using as a manual syringe, barrel part 403L-1 and plastic plunger rod part 403L-4 are also required. The full assembled syringe with piston and rod is available as part code MS401L-1. 400 series syringe pistons are designed for manually with an adapter and plunger rod. Use these pistons with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVA, inks and gels.
