Helical round static mix nozzle with bell mouth housing for use with 200ml, 400ml and 600ml C-system dual 2K cartridges. The design of the push-on housing attachment allows the MCH range of mixers to be used with cartridge mix ratios 1:1 and 2:1 only. They can also be used on metering and mixing machines that run at lower than 7 BAR pressure. The nozzle simply pushes onto the cartridge outlet housing and uses the locking nut to secure.
The MCH Series mix nozzles have a round body design, white inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The outlet is the stepped design for standard dispensing or it can be cut down for higher material flow. MCH mix nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI and silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this mix nozzle.
