A08 is designed for the sealing and locking of threaded fasteners which may require easy disassembly with standard hand tools. The product is a single component anaerobic, medium strength thixotropic, acrylic based thread locker. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents leakage and loosening from vibration and shock.
A08 is a medium strength, rapid curing threadlocker, removable with hand tools. Rapid cure speed gives 10 minute handling strength. Suitable for most nut and bolt locking applications. Recommended for use on coupling drive bolts and motor housing bolts. Oil tolerant industrial grade.
This adhesive can be applied using our syringe barrel dispensers or direct from the large bottles using our metering valves, controller and pressure pot. All adhesives are shipped with TDS and MSDS. UK manufactured product.
