Pyles style cartridges and plungers are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections. These parts are industrial grade safe and are certified silicone-free plastics.

Pyles Cartridges and Accessories provide a clean, efficient and low-cost method for material packaging to meet all types of production requirements. Cartridges are molded in a process control setting. Plungers designed with a wiper leading edge to clean each cartridge thoroughly. Caps and plugs provide sealing for both ends of the cartridge are available, making the system ideal for used in single or plural components as well as pre-mixed frozen application.

Pyles Cartridges are available in 6 (177ml) and 12 (355ml) ounce. Each size can be used with hand held or bench mounted air powered dispensing tools or manual dispensing tools. All sizes are fit with �'' NPT female thread orifice and external Buttress threads. Custom colors, including green, are available with minimum order quantity requirement.

Part 985 is Pyles nozzle 4.00" long with a 3/32" ID orifice. Pack of 1000 nozzles.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
