Precision crimped PTFE-Lined dispense tip ideally suited to clog-free dispensing of Cyanoacrylate adhesives and other low to medium viscosity fluids. A 45 degree bend stainless tube length of 1" with inner PTFE tube. Colour coded double helix locking hub. The PTFE Lined Tip is suited to the controlled application of Cyanoacrylates, Solvents, Activators, Primers and other liquids.
The crimped PTFE inner tube prevents reactive Cyanoacrylates from clogging during application. The PTFE tube extends 1/8" from the stainless steel tube to prevent damage to sensitive substrates. Supplied in sealed boxes of 50. This tip features a double helix luer locking pink hub for easy identification. The tips are silicone free and chloride free to prevent contamination of any liquid dispensed. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. Angled tip assists with a wide range of dispensing applications for reach.
The tip features a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce any restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids.
This new wider diameter tip is ideal for use with Cyanoacrylate gels.
