Precision Dispensing Tips 1.0" long stainless steel tube.

The ST Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours correspond to gauge size. 1.0" (25.4mm)long tube.

All ST Series tips secure to syringe barrels and correspond to the luer lock specification. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip uses a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft joins the hub to ease fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.

Crimped tips are ideal for use with solvents as the bond between plastic hub & steel tube is crimped, not glued.
