The ADSS needle series consist of a steel luer lock hub with stainless steel precision shaft. This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Supplied in a sealed pack of 10.

All metal tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
All metal tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure.
Tips are precision manufactured for industrial use and are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed through them.
