Part TS418-HO-LD is a precision moulded 4" long standard dispensing nozzle with a 1/8" (0.125") orifice outlet. As with all the TS series nozzles, it features a 1/4" NPT male thread that will attach to all standard cartridges as well as to the TS941 spool valve. This nozzle can also be trimmed down if required for increased flow or wider deposits.

If using this nozzle with pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge tubes that have an external nozzle thread, use part number TSD931-296 adapter fitting. This will provide a leak free connection to the cartridge allowing use of the full range of TS series nozzles.

Manufactured from natural low density polyethylene (LDPE) material. This nozzle is supplied in sealed packs of 10 and each pack includes a label and batch code for full traceability. The nozzle is silicone-free to avoid contamination of sensitive adhesives used with it. All nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI.
