Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives F-System
The dual system is available in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml sizes. All 3 systems - 50ml, 200ml and 400ml, are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios and take a variety of mixer nozzles. Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.

By having
complementary components, the F-System offers the formulator the unique ability
to standardize application systems across a broad range of 2-component
adhesives and sealants while ensuring a leak-free connection to the mixer. The
F-System components deliver accurate metering, homogenous mixing and
fatigue-free dispensing in a user-friendly application system.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard guns.
Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 and include tip cap seal and threaded collar as well as 100 of the correct sized pistons.
