A
manual pail pump is a simple solution to extract materials from larger pails and into syringe barrels and cartridges.
This version is suitable for 5-gallon/ 20 Litre/ 12.5kg fairly straight walled pails containing fluids such as
grease, paste, silicone, some resins and other such materials. The hand lever pumps the
fluid to bottom fill all luer lock syringe barrels from 3cc to 500cc size and to 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, 20oz and 32oz sized cartridges. An internal
follower plate ensures that most material is used with mimimal waste.
Fittings
are supplied
for bottom filling luer lock syringe barrels and fittings to support transfer to Semco PPG, Techcon and Nordson EFD cartridges. A high
quality manual pump for transferring and bottom filling materials cost effectively.
For filling once the pump is firmly in place on top of the material pail, the empty syringe barrel/piston or
cartridge/plunger is attached onto the material outlet tube of the pail
pump. The lever is pulled and the follower plate moves down to force material up through the central tube.
As the material moves, the piston/ plunger is forced up the syringe/ cartridge to provide an air-free filled component. Can also be used with a flexible tube for bottle/ container filling/ transfer.

system offers a convenient and low cost solution from transferring many fluids
direct from pails into cartridges and syringes without mess, waste,
air entrapment or exposure to open pots. This product is covered by a 1 year
