Manual micro dot dispenser for use with 10cc sized syringe barrels. This robust and reusable device allows the user to set the required shot size using the volume control knob. Then as the lever is pressed, the applicator delivers a consistent and repeatable shot of material.

Syringe barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these barrels with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have luer lock ends for twist on tip attachment. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.

Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them. This product will ship with UPS.
