A high pressure needle valve designed for micro-shot dispensing of high viscosity fluids that need to be pressurized up to 3500 psi. The dispensing valve also has a shot size adjustment feature, which can fine-tune the valve for precise dispensing deposits.

The valve is opened and closed by applying pressure to the ports using a valve controller (TS250 dispenser). The valve can be operated with as little as 30 psi pressure. Material is supplied to the stainless steel body through a 1/4" NPT female port. Fluid pressure may be as high as 3500psi. Shot size and flow rate are controlled by the tip size, fluid pressure and the duration that the valve is open.

All valves are shipped with a luer lock fluid elbow fitting, airline hose with male quick connect, tip cap end seal, selection of dispensing tips and user guide. Valves are supplied with a 1 Year warranty. Do not use this valve for reactive adhesives and fluids such as Cyanoacrylates.
