A stainless-steel shaft with a luer lock plastic hub. This
line of dispensing needles is burr-free and electro-polished shaft for
unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and
chloride free. These tips are designed to dispense most types of fluids and
adhesives.
These tips are certified silicone-free so adhesives
will not be contaminated by silicone oils during dispensing. They are
industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure. Our tips are supplied in sealed and labelled packs with batch codes.

General purpose tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These tips are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use.
