AD300L-A 300cc Amber UV Blocking Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD300L-A is a large-capacity 300cc industrial dispensing barrel assembly supplied complete with a wiper piston, threaded air cap, airline hose and quick connector fitting. Designed for use with air-powered dispensing systems, the assembly connects directly to pneumatic dispensers and provides accurate, repeatable dispensing of adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes and other industrial assembly fluids.
Simply fill the barrel with material, insert the piston and connect the air cap assembly to your dispenser. As pressure is applied, the piston moves smoothly through the barrel, providing consistent material flow whilst helping to eliminate trapped air, reduce waste and improve dispensing accuracy.
The amber-tinted barrel provides protection from UV and visible light up to 520nm whilst still allowing operators to monitor material levels during use. This makes it an ideal solution for dispensing UV cure adhesives and other light-sensitive materials. The assembly can also be used as a fluid reservoir to feed materials directly into dispensing valves and automated dispensing systems.
Individual replacement barrels and pistons are available separately, allowing the reusable air cap and hose assembly to be retained and reused, reducing ongoing operating costs.
