LOCTITE 97223 (IDH 88662) are pink, 31.75mm long, 20 gauge dispense needles made from polyethylene. They have a tapered head, a Luer-Lock connection. High quality, smooth flow tapered dispensing tip for controlled application of pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, grease and other medium to high viscosity fluids. Double helix locking thread for safety, coloured plastic for UV protection. Pink colour. 0.024" - 0.610mm ID. Safe for use up to 100 psi. Silicone free plastics.
This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed with lower pressures required. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using tip adapter) and with all metering valves.

Tapered tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These tips are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use. Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them. Tapered dispensing tips are shipped by tracked courier.
