An efficient method of transferring greases, epoxies, silicones, solder pastes and other thixotropic materials into a disposable syringe barrel. These barrel loaders can be connected to a pneumatic dispenser (optional) to control the operation.

The model 900-8 barrel loader is for pre-filled 8oz cartridges, which are placed inside a vertical container mounted on the stand. The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept luer lock barrels. Activating the optional dispenser once connected to the system causes the material to rise inside the barrel. This method simplifies loading and reduces the possibility of entrapped air in the fluid.

The 900-8 includes stand, retainer support, 8oz retainer and cap, one (1) empty 8oz cartridge and plunger, an outlet cap and special barrel attachment assembly.
