The model 250-B handle-less sealant gun is a new standard of the aerospace and electronics industries. It is designed for the quiet, pneumatic application of sealants, adhesives, potting compounds, and other materials packaged in Semco disposable cartridges or Semkit packages for multi-component materials.

The 250-B gun is available with retainers to fit standard 2.5, 6, 8, and 12 oz. disposable cartridges. Air hoses to operate the gun must be ordered separately.

The gun is constructed of durable metal and engineered plastic parts designed to withstand the rigors of the production work place. The nickel plated retainers are affixed to the valve assembly via a quick connect, secure bayonet lock fixture permitting easy cartridge replacement.

This gun is compatible with Techcon and Semco 6oz size cartridges. Optional metal retainer bodies are available to convert this gun to use different cartridge sizes 2.5oz (60cc), 6oz (180cc), 8oz (230cc) and 12oz (360cc). Needle tip adapters can also be used with the cartridges for attachment of all small needle tips. All guns are all covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
