The model 560548-M loads a barrel directly from a 1/10 gallon (310ml) caulking tube silicone cartridge. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator and set to a pressure suitable for the material but less than 65psi (4.48 bar). A switch on the side of the stand activates the air flow and is switched off when the material reaches the desired level. This system does not require connection to a dispenser. It will run directly from a compressed air supply and the switch allows the operator to control the on/off.
The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a plastic body retainer and cap.
