Product Overview
The TS25CP-LDX-500 is a 2.5oz (75ml) cartridge reservoir kit made from extra low density polyethylene (XLDPE), featuring a durable blue wiper plunger for controlled dispensing. Pre-plunged with the medium density P plunger ready for filling from the nozzle end. Low density cartridges (softer) are also ideal for pre-mixed and frozen materials.
Plungers are designed with a wiper leading edge and follower blade to clean each cartridge thoroughly eliminating material waste. Caps and plugs provide sealing for both ends of the cartridge, making the system ideal for use in single or two-component materials as well as pre-mixed frozen applications.
This silicone-free, industrial-grade component kit is ideal for use with manual and pneumatic cartridge guns as well as with pressurised retainer systems, supporting a wide range of materials including:
