Precision moulded 4" long standard nozzle x 3/32" (0.094") orifice. 1/4" NPT thread to fit all Semco, Techcon and Nordson EFD cartridges. Nozzle can be cut down if required. If using with pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread, use our special nozzle adapter fitting. This will provide a leak free connection to the range of nozzles. Natural high density polyethylene (MDPE) material. Supplied in sealed packs of 10 nozzles.

Nozzles are designed to work with all industry standard industrial cartridges. Part TSD931-296 is required if using with pre-filled silicone and sealant tubes that feature and external thread nipple to cut. Nozzles are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All nozzles are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Nozzles are precision manufactured for industrial use. All nozzles are certified silicone-free to prevent contamination of any liquids dispensed from them.
