Precision moulded 4" long standard nozzle x 1/16" orifice. 1/4" NPT thread to fit Semco, Techcon and Nordsons EFD type cartridges and dispensing valves. Nozzle can be cut down if required. If using with pre-filled 310ml, 400ml sealant and silicone cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread, use our adapter fitting. This will provide a leak free connection to the range of nozzles. Natural low density polyethylene material. Supplied in sealed pack of 1 nozzle.

Nozzles are designed to work with all industry standard industrial cartridges. Part TSD931-296 is required if using with pre-filled silicone and sealant tubes that feature and external thread nipple to cut. Nozzles are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All nozzles are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Nozzles are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use. All nozzles are certified silicone-free to prevent contamination of any liquids dispensed from them.
