The TS Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into polypropylene hubs. Moulded hub colours correspond to gauge size. All TS Series tips secure to syringe barrels and correspond to the luer lock specification.
Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip uses a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft joins the hub to ease fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes. Supplied in a sealed box of 50 tips.

General purpose TS tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
General purpose TS tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Tips are precision manufactured for industrial use.
General purpose TS tips are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
