The TES Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. A precision cut blunt-end tube is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into the polypropylene hub. The hub colours correspond to the gauge size. As these tips use a metal crimp rather than a tube bond, they are more robust against solvent based liquids. A double-helix luer lock thread provides an ultra secure leak free attachment under pressure. The tip features a very slightly tapered internal design where the tube joins the hub to ease fluid flow, reduce back pressure and lessen restriction into the tube. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.

General purpose TES tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
General purpose TES tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure.
