Cartridges are moulded in a process control setting. Plungers designed with a wiper leading edge to clean each cartridge thoroughly. Caps and plugs provide sealing for both ends of the cartridge are available, making the system ideal for used in single or plural components as well as pre-mixed frozen application. Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
