Flexible dispensing tips are polypropylene tubes bonded to colour coded hubs. They provide an ability to dispense in hard to reach areas or through small holes. The tube is soft so will not scratch sensitive surfaces. They may be cut to length or at an angle to provide a range of dispensing options or to take off cured material from the outlet such as Cyanoacrylate adhesives.
Polypropylene tips feature a
colour coded plastic
double helix locking hub, with polypropylene tubing
based on gauge size. They are offered in 14 to 25 gauge size tubes. These tips
are excellent for dispensing into small areas or through holes. The luer locking thread prevents the tip
from working loose under pressure.
Flexible needle tips for use with most fluids and
especially good for reactive adhesives and moisture sensitive fluids
such as cyanoacrylate instant glues and most solvent based fluids
.
The flexible tubing shaft is supplied in lengths of 0.5", 1", 1.5" or 2" that prevents damage to
sensitive substrates. We also offer custom longer length tubes.
