AD15TT‑B - 15 Gauge Amber Tapered Smooth‑Flow Dispensing Tip - Pack of 50
The AD15TT‑B 15‑gauge tapered dispensing tip is a premium, industrial‑grade applicator designed for the controlled dispensing of medium to high viscosity materials, including silicones, sealants, RTVs, epoxies, greases, gels and particle‑filled compounds. Manufactured from rigid MDPE polyethylene, the amber body provides UV protection, making it ideal for UV‑curable adhesives and light‑sensitive fluids.
This smooth‑flow tapered tip features a double‑helix female luer‑lock hub for secure, leak‑free attachment to syringe barrels, dispense bottles, cartridges (via adapter), metering valves and automated dispensing robots. The tapered internal geometry reduces back‑pressure and allows thicker materials to flow more easily, enabling accurate dispensing at lower air pressures.
All AD‑series tapered tips are silicone‑free, industrial grade, and safe for use up to 100 psi. Each batch is supplied in sealed boxes with full traceability labels. Available in packs of 50, 500 or 1000.
