ADV Series - Blue End Cap for 5cc Barrels (ADV805‑EC)
The ADV Series represents our highest‑grade syringe barrels, pistons and accessories for precision dispensing in both pneumatic systems and manual applicators. Barrels are moulded from low‑friction polypropylene for accuracy and repeatability, and all components feature silicone‑free materials to protect sensitive adhesives from contamination.
The rounded‑end barrel geometry provides smoother flow, reduced back‑pressure and minimal air entrapment during filling. All ADV components are rated to 100 psi (6.9 bar) and supplied in sealed, cleanroom‑ready packs.
Blue End Cap - ADV805‑EC
The ADV805‑EC is a reusable snap‑on / snap‑off end cap designed for the top of 5cc barrels. It provides a secure, air‑tight seal to prevent leakage, protect filled materials, and reduce exposure to fumes from strong‑smelling liquids.
Manufactured from medium‑density polyethylene (MDPE), the cap is fully silicone‑free and compatible with most industry‑standard 10cc barrels.
