Description

The AD needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a luer lock polypropylene hub. This line of dispensing needles is burr-free and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free. These tips are designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives. These tips are UV bonded from the metal shaft to the plastic hub and are premium grade tips. Pricing is for a box of 500 tips.

All tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a slightly tapered internal design where the stainless steel tube is bonded inside the hub which improves fluid flow and reduces flow restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes. These tips are certified silicone-free so adhesives will not be contaminated by silicone oils during dispensing. They are industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure. Our tips ship direct from stock and are supplied in sealed and labelled packs with batch codes.
