Description
Precision Dispensing Tips with a 0.25" long stainless steel tube.
The TS Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours correspond to gauge size.
Available with a tube length of 0.25" (6.35mm). Pricing is for a pack of 50 tips. All TS Series tips secure to syringe barrels and correspond to the luer lock specification. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip uses a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft joins the hub to ease fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.
Crimped tips are ideal for use with solvents and solvent based adhesives for a more secure attachment of needle to hub, The bond between hub and steel tube being crimped and not glued is more robust.
