Automatic mixing for two-component cartridge kits
The TS6500 Series cartridge mixer provides complete automatic mixing of two-component materials filled in a cartridge kit. This feature-rich system accommodates standard cartridge kits up to 20 oz (600 ml) and is immediately usable worldwide thanks to its accompanying tools, accessories and universal power supply.
This version is specifically designed for 20 oz Techkits or Semkits and is fully CE certified, making it suitable for global manufacturing and maintenance environments.
Advanced control and mixing performance
Equipped with an automatic fluid level sensing device and a user-friendly electronic control system, the TS6500 Series mixer allows for quick and simple setup and operation. The automatic injection feature provides even distribution of the hardener into the resin during the mixing cycle, ensuring a uniform mixed result.
A robust high-torque motor maintains speed at 139 RPM, allowing continuous mixing of high-viscosity materials without loss of performance.
Safety features
Operator safety is built into the TS6500 design, including:
