Small Shot Syringe Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
The K system syringes are ideal for one shot or small volume dispensing of fully mixed materials. They are supplied without integral plungers. The plungers eliminate the need for a separate dispensing gun and can be re-used. Order plungers separately.
Kit 2.5ml, 1:1 ratio, PP natural, double syringe, with pistons, silicone O-ring, cap dust grey, without plunger. Article ref. KK 002-01-10-04.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing .
Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 100 and include tip cap seal with 200 of the correct ratio pistons.
