Description
The model 1000-12D barrel loader is for pre-filled 12oz cartridges, which are placed inside a vertical container mounted on the stand. The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept luer lock barrels. Activating the pneumatic dispenser once connected to the air line causes the material to rise inside the barrel. This method simplifies loading and reduces the possibility of entrapped air in the fluid.
The 1000-12D includes pneumatic bench mounted digital timed dispenser with 0-100 psi adjustable regulator/ gauge, bench top cartridge base stand, retainer bracket support, 12oz retainer and air cap, five (5) empty 12oz cartridge and plungers, an outlet cap and special barrel attachment assembly. The 12oz (355cc/ml) cartridges are filled with material of choice.
The digital dispenser controlling this system allows timed filling to each syringe barrel to eliminate guesswork and improve repeatibility. A teach function allows the amount to be filled to each syringe to be setup rapidly.
