Description
An
efficient method of transferring greases, epoxies, silicones, solder
pastes and other thixotropic materials into a disposable syringe barrel.
This barrel loader is supplied with a non-timed benchtop dispenser to control the operation.
The
model 215-8D barrel loader is for pre-filled 8oz cartridges, which are
placed inside a vertical container mounted on the stand. The barrel
attachment assembly is threaded to accept luer lock barrels. Activating
the pneumatic dispenser once connected to the air line causes the material
to rise inside the barrel. This method simplifies loading and reduces
the possibility of entrapped air in the fluid.
The 215 -8D includes pneumatic bench mounted dispenser with 0-100 psi with regulator/ gauge, cartridge base stand, retainer support, 8oz retainer and cap, one (1)
empty 8oz cartridge and plunger, an outlet cap and special barrel
attachment assembly.
