Fully Automated Mixing
Unlike semi-automatic mixer systems, the Model 388 delivers fully automated mixing operation - eliminating operator involvement in the blend cycle entirely and ensuring consistent, repeatable results from the very first kit to the very last.
Zero Operator Fatigue
Full automation completely eliminates the physical demands of manual mixing - reducing operator fatigue to zero and enabling sustained high-volume production without compromising mix quality or worker productivity.
Multi-Size Cartridge Compatibility
Standard configuration (221269) is compatible with 2.5 oz, 6 oz, and 8 oz Semkit & Techkit cartridges - covering the most widely used package sizes across aerospace and industrial applications.
Kit-to-Kit Consistency
Engineered to achieve consistent, thorough mixing from kit to kit - eliminating the variability of manual or semi-automatic methods and guaranteeing uniform material properties for reliable application performance every time.
Dual Power Operation
The standard configuration (221269) operates on both 115 VAC electrical and 90 PSI pneumatic air supply - providing robust, reliable power for continuous automated mixing in professional production environments.
Production-Grade Reliability
Engineered for dependable performance in demanding production environments - built to withstand the rigors of continuous high-volume operation while maintaining consistent mixing quality and operational uptime.
Manual Mixing Risks
Operator-dependent variability, inconsistent blend ratios, fatigue-driven errors, and unreliable cycle times - leading to non-conforming material properties and costly rework
Inconsistent Mix Quality
Incomplete mixing leads to improper cure, adhesion failures, and sealant performance that fails to meet aerospace or industrial quality standards - jeopardizing structural integrity
Model 388 Solution
Full automation delivers zero-fatigue, kit-to-kit consistent blending - eliminating variability and ensuring every package meets your exact material performance requirements
