Adhesive Dispensing Ltd AD Series dispensing tips are premium‑grade industrial components designed for use with all dispensing equipment - including manual applicators, pneumatic dispensers, metering valves and automated XYZ robots. Manufactured to high standards and fully silicone‑free and chloride‑free, these tips deliver clean, reliable performance across a wide range of assembly fluids.
Each tip features a stainless steel tube securely crimped into a polypropylene hub. The internal geometry is engineered with a tapered transition between the hub and tube, reducing back‑pressure and improving flow characteristics. Because the tube does not protrude into the hub, material flows smoothly with minimal restriction, allowing lower operating pressures and more consistent deposits.
AD Series tips are suitable for dispensing adhesives, pastes, lubricants, gels, sealants, epoxies, solvent‑based liquids and general industrial fluids. All tips are rated safe to 100 psi, making them ideal for demanding production environments.
The range covers gauge sizes 12 to 34 (2.26 mm ID down to 0.08 mm ID) and tube lengths from 0.25" to 5", with custom 3.0" and 4.0" lengths available on request. Industry‑standard colour coding ensures quick identification, and hubs include a UV‑filter additive to help protect light‑sensitive materials.
AD Series tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 or bulk packs of 500 or 1000, each labelled with batch codes for traceability. All items ship directly from stock to manufacturers and assemblers worldwide.
