Description
Premier dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic dispenser. The syringe barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Zero-draft internal moulding ensures that when a wiper piston is used, it meets an even surface inside for consistent dispensing. Wide flanges are for easy attachment to the dispenser adapter assembly or our manual syringe guns. These are high quality barrels designed for use with epoxies, PVA glues, RTV silicones and sealants, solder pastes, threadlockers, lubricants and many other assembly fluids. Select the black or amber versions when using a UV cure adhesive.
Pistons available for all barrel sizes as well as end caps and adapter assemblies. Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment. Natural (clear) for most generic applications. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9bar). These products direct from stock. Supplied in a sealed pack of (50) barrels.
