Description

The model F4400N is the largest desktop robot in the new RoHS compliant F4000N series, offering a generous working area of 15.75" x 15.75" (400x 400mm). Fisnar Inc. robots interpolate in all axes for 3D dispensing of adhesives, silicones and UV Cure resins. The F4400N has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5 Kg and a worktable load of 10 Kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications.

Resolution is 20 microns in all axes. The F4400N has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5kg and a worktable load of 10kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications.

The 400 series bench top dispensing robots are a cost effective solution combining high level programming technology with precision placement engineering. The 4000 series are a compact, heavy duty design, which are easily programmed using simple step-by-step instructions. A robust cast construction provides additional stability when working to fine tolerances. Each robot is capable of interfacing with Adhesive Dispensing Ltd equipment. Systems will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue.

Programming is simple with easy to follow English language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 16 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers. The robot is supplied with the digital pneumatic dispenser, teach pendant, I/O cable, 30cc/55cc syringe mounting block & slide, syringe kit, tip kit and user guide manual on CD.
