The F7000NV is a vision system for the F7000N Series robots. It has
touch screen display with simulation preview. The vision system is
supplied complete including PC, ensuring all components are compatible,
thereby eliminating any costly start-up issues and reducing the
learning curve. The system is designed to provide automatic dispensing
program offsets when the dispensing path of a component cannot be
guaranteed. Accepts CAD DXF and Excel formats for dispense paths.
commonly two fiducial points are used to provide program offsets,
however one is also possible. Optional LED's may be required depending
on refractive surface. The model F7300N is a RoHS compliant upgrade to the popular 11.81” x 11.81” (300 x 300mm) benchtop robot. This internationally accepted robot maintains the compact style and functionality of design, providing a precision multiple axis robot ideal for many bench dispensing projects. Resolution is 1 micron and interpolation is in all axes. The F7300N has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5kg and a worktable load of 10kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications. The F7300N Cartesian robot represents a
substantial cost saving in comparison to similar desktop robots. Its
overall footprint has a depth of less than 26 inches (640mm), suitable
for an industrial bench. The 7000 series of bench top dispensing robots is a family of Cartesian
bench robots combining high level programming technology with precision placement
engineering. The 7000 series is a compact, heavy duty design, which is
easily programmed using simple step-by-step instructions. A robust cast construction
provides additional stability when working to fine tolerances. There are
two robots in the series which are medium sized. Each robot is a three-axis design and is capable of interfacing
with Adhesive Dispensing Ltd equipment. These robots are also available in four axis versions with 360° head rotation.
Programming is simple with easy to follow English language instructions.
Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD
display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed,
automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program
can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 16 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers.
