The TS Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours correspond to gauge size. Tube length of 1.0" (25.4mm). Supplied in a sealed box of 50 tips.
All TS Series tips secure to syringe barrels and correspond to the luer lock specification. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip uses a slightly tapered internal design where the shaft joins the hub to ease fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.
Crimped tips are ideal for use with solvents as the bond between the hub & steel tube is crimped, not glued. ** LAST 2 BOXES OF 50 IN STOCK
