The Techcon 700 Series is a premium range of dispensing syringe barrel components designed for use with both manual applicators and pneumatic dispensers. All components are silicone‑free and chloride‑free, ensuring compatibility with sensitive adhesives and delivering reliable accuracy, repeatability and productivity across industrial assembly processes. The range includes sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.
The red straight‑wall piston is engineered to provide smooth, controlled dispensing by distributing pressure evenly across the fluid surface. Its straight‑wall design is recommended for high‑viscosity materials, helping reduce stringing, bouncing, and inconsistent flow during dispensing. Dual wiping edges prevent dripping and minimise material waste by keeping the barrel wall clean as the piston travels.
Rated for up to 100 psi (6.9 bar), these pistons are suitable for demanding production environments and are supplied in sealed packs of 50 or 1000.
