Description
A lightweight vacuum-operated pick-up tool for picking and placing small flat components up to approximately 50g. Ideal for DIL packages and surface-mount components. The vacuum is created by simply squeezing the top, placing the rubber cup onto a component, then releasing the squeeze. On smooth surfaces, the vacuum allows the components to be securely held and accurately placed.

Squeezing again removes the vacuum and frees the component. The tool is supplied complete with interchangeable pick-up cups in various diameters.
An inexpensive tool that no assembler should be without. Soft silicone suction cups will not scratch or damage sensitive surfaces, equipment or parts. The cups can be used in temperatures from -55 C to +230 C. Selection of tips with (4) vacuum cups included. Totally self contained vacuum tool that is suitable for handling surface mount components.
