Description
The TES Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. A precision cut blunt-end tube is crimped into aluminium locking insert, then moulded into the polypropylene hub. The hub colours correspond to the gauge size. As these tips use a metal crimp rather than a tube bond, they are more robust against solvent based liquids.
A double-helix luer lock thread provides an ultra secure leak free attachment under pressure. The tip features a very slightly tapered internal design where the tube joins the hub to ease fluid flow, reduce back pressure and lessen restriction into the tube. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.
