Use this tip for dispensing adhesives, solvents, glues, primers, activators and many other fluids. Especially useful for aggressive solvents. A blunt end three metal shaft with a 12.7mm length.
The TSS needle series consist of a steel luer lock hub with dual stainless steel precision shafts. This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow.
Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Supplied in a sealed pack of 12 tips. Dispensing tips are designed to work with standard syringes and fittings. These tips are fully compatible with most low, medium and high viscosity fluids, adhesives, inks, pastes, gels and lubricants.

All metal tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
All metal tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Tips are precision manufactured for industrial use and are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed through them.
