The PDC-2000-LF Auger Valve Controller is designed to be used with the PDV-1000 Valve to provide rotation speed, fluid pressure, and snuff-back capability. All PDV-1000 Auger valves require the PDC-2000-LF Controller to operate.

The PDC-2000-LF is used to control the PDV-1000 series of Archimedes screw valves. The unit can be used as a manual dispenser or programmed for timed shots from a minimum of 0.01 seconds. Motor speed output is maintained and kept constant, compensating for any change in material viscosity. The valve has an auger driven-screw for positive displacement.

Dispensers and controllers require clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil, moisture and particles from the air.

This system comes with foot switch but also features an I/O connector to accept an external signal to run when linked to a parent machine.
